Roxana, DE-Andrew Scott Foxwell, age 28, of Roxana, began his forever journey Thursday, June 8, 2017 at Johns Hopkins Hospital in Baltimore. Drew was born in Salisbury, MD and is the son of Rex A. and Lee Ann (Heckman) Foxwell. 

He was employed by Jules Restaurant in Ocean City as a Server and Bartender. Drew was a member of St. Luke Catholic Church, a former member of Selbyville Vol. Fire Company and a proud graduate of DTCC with dual degrees in Computer Sciences.

In addition to his parents he is survived by three brothers, Troy L. Foxwell and wife Carolynn of Salisbury, William C. Mountz and Jay L. Mountz both of Selbyville; Paternal Grandmother, Louise P. Foxwell of Laurel and his Fiancée, Kacey E. Wroten of Laurel; a nephew, AJ and several aunts, uncles, cousins, extended family and his dingo dog Charlie.

He was preceded in death by maternal grandparents, Clarence and Betty Heckman; paternal grandfather, Marion "Barney" Foxwell; cousin Jacqueline Heckman and his German Shepherd Sassie Queen.

A funeral service will be held 11:00 am on Tuesday, June 13 at Bishop-Hastings Funeral Home, 19 South Main St., Selbyville. Friends may call one hour prior to the service.
