Maryland Worcester County  Feb 15 1760
By virtue of a Common warrant granted Unto James Muray Junr Chapple Land of
Worcester County for 50 Acres of land bearing date the 6th day of February Anno 
Dom. 1760.
These are humbly to certify that I James Round Deputy Surveyor of Worcester County
under the Honorable___Benj. Young Surveyor General of the Eastern shore have 
accordingly surveyed and laid our for the aforesaid James Murray Junr of the
County aforesaid all that Tract or parcell of land called Addition situate lying
& being in the County aforesaid back in the Forrist bounded as follows Beginning
at a Marked White Oak standing in the Edge of a branch called Sandy branch
issuing out of St. Martins River on the North side thereof to the Northward of
James Murray Sen. Plantation thence running North eight degrees west thiry poles
thence North seventy degrees____two hundred & sixty seven poles thence south
Eighteen degrees____fifty poles thence with a Right line to the first bounder
containing & now laid out for fifty Acres of Land more or less to be Holden of
the Manor of Worcester.
