Dear Hialeah High School Alumni, Classes of ‘57, ‘58, ‘59 & ‘60,
Guess What? Right! It’s almost five years since the 2004 “Golden Thoroughbreds” reunion. Our reunion planning committees are now in the process of organizing the Golden Thoroughbreds Reunion for all of the above classes.
Reunions require much time and effort on the part of the committees, so we’re asking that all class members keep in touch and respond ASAP with information requested. Our reunion theme this year will be “THOSE WERE THE DAYS, MY FRIEND”. For sure , everyone can relate to this theme as it probably reminds us of our most memorable times.
Now, about our “Golden Thoroughbreds” Reunion. Reunion Dates: Friday & Saturday, September 11h & 12th Departure: Sunday, September 13th

Reunion Cost: $100.00 per person which includes;
• Friday Night Social at Pool side: Paella dinner plus 1 free drink. Music - (Cash Bar) • Saturday Night in the Global Ballroom: Dinner, Entertainment & Dancing (Cash Bar) • Our Reunion Book “Moments to Remember” which will be published after the reunion and sent to all those in attendance. The book will characterize the reunion with stories and pictures along with addresses, phone numbers and e-mail addresses of those known. It will, also, include highlights submitted from the “Classmates Information Sheet”. Note: Those not able to attend the reunion may request a copy of “Moments to Remember”.
PROPOSED WEEKEND ACTIVITIES Friday: September 11th Check-in - Socializing in the Hospitality Room next to pool followed by a Sunset social at pool side starting at 6:30 P.M which includes music and a Paella dinner. (Cash Bar)

Saturday: September 12th Leisure Day: 5 Sparkling Pools, Tennis, Golf, European Spa, Fitness Center, Fraternizing with ole friends. OPTIONAL - side trip to Hardrock Casino

If you have information as to the location of classmates you’re in touch with that have not received this notice, please inform us of their name, address, phone number, AND E-MAIL ADDRESS.
We also want to know the names of classmates who have passed on. We’ll continue to honor them in the Memorial page of our “Moments to Remember” Reunion Book.
We’re looking for ads from Classmate’s Businesses, Place of Employment, or a Retired Notice to help offset the cost of publishing the Reunion Book.

SUGGESTIONS: We invite input and suggestions of events that you think would make the reunion more exciting and memorable. Your opinions are important and all responses will be presented to the committees.
